Friday April 8th 7:00pm at Common Table (150 Northwest Oregon Avenue Bend, OR 97701), downtown on the same block as US Bank on Oregon St. Come visit to sign your USA Ultimate waiver or pay your USA Ultimate event fees. Get it over with and avoid the hassle on Saturday moring!
A great venue located at 70 SW Century Dr, Bend OR 97702. We'll have catered food, beverages, D.J., Carnival (Mardi Gras) themed party and awards. We're also working on a raffle with some sweet prizes!
This year we are excited to use the brand new Pine Nursery Park (3750 NE Purcell Blvd, Bend OR). Get ready for amenities such as a real parking lot, a well-maintained grass sports fields, painted field boundaries, and enough surrounding area for a 27-hole Disc Golf course.
Remember we need to leave the place immaculate so pack out your trash or recycle. No music at the fields, and no vehicles on the fields — ever. No drinking, drugs, or anything bad. Respect private residences (i.e. use honey buckets). Remind businesses (and sponsors!) who you are and why you are visiting Bend. It helps us with future events.
Dogs If folks need to bring dogs they may be present on a leash, but not on the actual fields. There is an official dog park at Pine Nursery, plus a bunch of surronding undeveloped area. So please respectful and keep your dogs off the playing fields.
Weather It may be a cold windy day, or possibly warm and sunny. You never know with spring in the high desert. Be prepared with warm clothes, sun glasses and sun screen, possible rain wear, tarp, etc. and you’ll be set.
Even Bend people need to abide by parking rules -- stay on the pavement and no shoulder parking! If people are dropping stuff off at Disc Central they use the driveway and then head back out to park.
If the parking lot gets full, use the nearby elementary school's parking lot.
