Here's the photos from Saturday night! Too funny,
a lot of good ones. Had a great time and I am glad that we had
a chance to work together. I had a lot of good feedback too,
which is nice. Anyways, look forward to working with you
again!
Thanks, Claudine

We're looking for "props" for the photo booth, at the party sat night. Any kind of silly winter gear... old goggles, hats winter wear... ski poles, old skis... anything you think would be fun and silly to dress up in and get your pictures taken... Please nothing valuable... I will do my best to get it all back to there owners, but i dont want to be responsible for somebodys $500 jacket... ect.... So,,, if you could bring it to the fields on saturday and either find me, or i'll find you, and I will bring it to the party...
We're also looking for any games, or ideas for games that we can set up and play in the midtown part, at the party... we have a washer toss coming, but anything else you think, or want to bring, let me know.. Thanks so much!
The theme this year is Gandy Goose Olympic Games. We will present Gold, Silver, & Bronze awards to the winners of the various pools. Awards will also go the the winners of various mini-games washer toss and such. We are encouraging all teams to pick a theme, or an idea and run with it! Team participation and "dress up" will be primarily on the fields.... although feel free to come to the party dressed up too! Prizes will be awarded, (during the party), for 1) Best Idea and execution 2) Most Creative and 3) Most bizarre! Teams will be observed during play, on Saturday, and awarded prizes at the party, Saturday night. So have fun with it! Looking forward to seeing you on the frisbee fields
Cascade Lake Breweing Company, Friday April 9th 7:00pm upstairs with the pool and darts.
Thanks to Feenom Luke and Steven-O-Design for all the gread disc designs!
J Bar J Youth Ranch field conditions have been improving with this recent bought of mild weather so we are a go! Remember we need to leave the place immaculate so pack out your trash or recycle. No music at the fields, and no vehicles on the fields — ever. No drinking, drugs, or anything bad. Respect private residences (i.e. use honey buckets). Remind businesses who you are and why you are visiting Bend. It helps us with future events.
Dogs If folks need to bring dogs they may be present on a leash, only. Our field hosts have allowed us to try this out, let’s be very respectful of this opportunity.
Weather It may be a cold windy day, or possibly warm and sunny. You never know with spring in the high desert. Be prepared with warm clothes, sun glasses and sun screen, possible rain wear, tarp, etc. and you’ll be set.
There is also a large announcing booth right in the middle of the fields. This will not be moving and is not a good place for Frisbee Central, but a nice perch for viewing.

Even bend people need to abide by parking rules. That means if people are dropping stuff off for Frisbee Central they can drive just to the west of the fence around that big dirt arena. Hug the fence line -- move vehicles when done.
Absolutely no parking to the east of the fenced in dirt area. No vehicles may drive thru here either.
Parking will be to be clearly defined by a few volunteer folks on Saturday morning. Please be kind a park in the designated areas.
Everybody would have 4 games on Saturday with no repeats.
Saturday Pools C & D & E Captains meeting at 8:30am, games start at 9:00 / 10:45 / 12:15 / 2:00 / 3:45. Games to 13, mirror half. Cap: finish point, if tied play another point. One timeout per half.
After pool play, 2 rounds of cross-over games that try to match teams based on performance so far. Every C, D, E team would have 1 bye on Saturday. Reseeed 9-17 based on a review of all game scores & results. 9-12 go into Silver Bracket with the 4th teams from Pools A and B, 13-17 go into Bronze bracket. If there is a major problem in determining who is 12 or 13, then maybe mini game to 5 to decide.
Saturday Pools A & B Captains meeting at 9:00am, games start at 9:30 / 11:30 / 1:30 / 3:30. Games to 15, mirro half. Cap: finish point, add one to highest score (must score to win). One timeout per half.
You will have 1 round of cross-overs after pool play. A1vB2, B1vA2, A3vB4, B3vA4. (A1 would mean winner of pool A) A1, A2, B1, B2 and Winners of the 3v4 games go into the Gold Bracket (6 teams total). Two teams with byes into semis. Losers of the 3v4 games go into the Silver Bracket.
Sunday Pools Gold & Silver & Bronze Games start at 9:30am. Games to 15, mirro half. Cap: finish point, add one to highest score (must score to win). One timeout per half.
Everybody would have at least 2 games on Sunday and maybe some repeat opponents from Saturday. Teams would have to play consolidation games in order for every team to have 2 games. I envision the most repeats amongst the Bronze teams, maybe not so bad since playing similiar level teams.
11th edition UPA rules including 20 yard brick. Horn blows to cap the game. Start the next game with minimal delay.
